Here at Wee Speak, our focus is on providing each child with the best possible treatment. Our pricing plan was created with careful consideration and is meant to include a variety of session types and lengths to accommodate every child's individual needs. Parent/Caregiver education is also very important to us, which is why we have included an opportunity to provide that in several ways as well.
Pricing Information
Initial Consultation/Screening
Price: FREE
Call for a free 15 minute phone consultation to get your questions answered or come in for a free 30 minute speech/language screening to determine if further assessment or services are needed.
Evaluation
Price: $150
The initial evaluation consists of formal speech and language testing, a language sample, informal observations and parent reports. A written evaluation report with goals will be provided within a week of the evaluation.
30 Minute Session
Price: $60 per session
Based on your child's goals, various creative, engaging and effective therapy activities will be created to target these goals during each session. The activities will consist of structured and unstructured activities. Suggestions, homework and/or activities that can be incorporated into your day that target the goals worked on will be provided at the end of each session.
45 Minute Session
Price: $80 per session
Based on your child's goals, various creative, engaging and effective therapy activities will be created to target these goals during each session. The activities will consist of structured and unstructured activities. Suggestions, homework and/or activities that can be incorporated into your day that target the goals worked on will be provided at the end of each session.
60 Minute Session
Price: $100 per session
Based on your child's goals, various creative, engaging and effective therapy activities will be created to target these goals during each session. The activities will consist of structured and unstructured activities. Suggestions, homework and/or activities that can be incorporated into your day that target the goals worked on will be provided at the end of each session.
Group Language Session
Price: $120 for 4, 60 minute sessions
These group sessions are designed to encourage, stimulate and expand your child's language skills in a fun, active, but structured environment. All children are welcome to join these classes. Class size: 2-5 children in each, based on age.
Monthly Seminar
Price: Free
Each month there will be a 30 minute presentation centered around various topics related to speech and language development. There will be a new topic each month with time after each presentation for questions.
Insurance Information
Wee Speak is an out-of-network provider, however, we will happily provide a form (superbill) after the evaluation and each subsequent therapy session for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if requested. We strongly encourage every family to contact their insurance carrier and ask about coverage for speech and language services.

Why are we out-of-network?
The truth is that most commercial health insurance speech therapy coverage is very limited for pediatric speech-language pathology services. Many policies exclude children by age (e.g., all children under 6) from coverage. Others refuse to cover school age children because they specify that the child is expected to receive speech language services in school settings. Some policies exclude children with congenital conditions, regardless of the nature or severity. Other policies state that they will pay for treatment of problems related to medical conditions, but will not pay for autism or developmental delays (e.g. late talkers, articulation deficits). MOST POLICIES DO NOT COVER DEVELOPMENTAL SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES.

We develop each child's therapy goals based on their needs, not based on what is covered by their insurance company. We spend our time working on the best, most engaging, and most effective therapy activities for each child, instead of spending time on the phone with various insurance companies regarding coverage.
